Roy Kelsey is strongest in hardware development and high speed board design. Very skilled in Analog/Digital integration.	Dave Chapman is strongest in Software and ASIC/FPGA design and Validation. Very sklled in communications protocols.
Dave and Roy have worked together successfully on a number of projects beginning in 1984. Both have good strength in project management.
